This policy explains how Sankarsana EcoHydroAgri Innovations Private Limited (CIN U36000RJ2024PTC096901; registered office: Rakesh Kapoor Innovation Center, BITS Pilani Campus, Pilani, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333031, India) (“Sankarsana”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
1. What we collect and why
| Personal data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you and identify your enquiry. |
| Email address and/or phone / WhatsApp number | To reply to your enquiry. |
| Organisation, “I am a…” category, service, topic, preferred language and your message | To route your enquiry to the right expert and respond to it (course enrolment and fees, consultation, scientist session, workshop, partnership or research collaboration). |
| The page you sent the enquiry from and a reference number | To understand which course or programme you asked about and to find your enquiry quickly. |
We collect this only when you choose to send an enquiry and agree to the consent statement on the form. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a language for our outreach pages, that choice is remembered in your own browser’s local storage and is not sent to us. The website itself does not ask for or store your IP address; our host may keep standard server logs for security.
3. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website.
- Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets) — receives and stores the enquiries you send through our form, and notifies our team by email.
- Unsplash — some photographs on this site are loaded from Unsplash’s image servers, which receive your IP address when your browser requests an image.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; their own privacy policy then applies.
These providers may store data on servers outside India. We use them only to run the website and respond to you.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a student or client. We then delete them.
5. Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time — just tell us; it is as easy as it was to give. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. How to contact us or raise a grievance
use our contact form and choose “General question”, mentioning “Privacy request”. You can also write to us at our registered office. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within 90 days.
7. Children
Our school programmes are arranged with schools and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal data online from children under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiries are sent to a restricted mailbox, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to respond.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
